Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us via email info@matthewjohncollective.com within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Condition of Items
Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our designs, items must be returned in their original condition. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
