3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or errors in product pricing.
4. SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Processing times will be clearly stated on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
6. CARE & USE
Our products are decorative and intended for display purposes. Exposure to extreme weather conditions may cause wear over time. Proper care will extend the life of your item.
